  • Dominic Harvey

    Dominic Harvey

    Dominic Harvey is the founder of Flingo Ltd, which he set up on his return to New Zealand in January 2019, and which now operates out of Singapore, Dubai and New Zealand, with a small number of selected global consultants making up the deal team.

    Through Flingo, Dominic has been consulting to Shard Capital and a number of global family offices, with a particular focus on finance, project management and delivery of infrastructure, energy and real estate projects across Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.

    Previously Dominic was Global CEO of Atkins Acuity, the infrastructure and energy advisory division of Atkins plc, and he was part of the executive leadership team of the global plc. Atkins Plc was a £2 billion, 20,000-employee publicly listed group that was acquired and de-listed by SNC Lavalin in July 2017. In that role, one of his jobs was to oversee the team that was delivering stadia and infrastructure to Qatar for the Football World Cup 2022 (many of whom had previously worked on delivering the London Olympics in 2012).

    Prior to that, Dominic worked in various roles (including international managing partner) for two international law firms, Norton Rose Fulbright and Vinson & Elkins, for a total of 18 years, principally in the infrastructure, energy and financing sectors out of bases in the MENA and Asia Pacific regions.

  • Jonathan Robinson

    Jonathan Robinson

    Jonathan Robinson is an executive banker with 26 years in progressively senior leadership roles, currently working with Flingo from his base in Canada having recently relocated following 17 years in the MENA region, mostly with HSBC.

    He has worked in Canada, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, with extensive on-the-ground experience and client base across markets. Extensive experience managing multi-geography global businesses, architecting and managing global change programmes in wholesale banking, and in executive and Board-level governance roles.

    Deep technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial and investment banking products, coupled with extensive experience in managing large franchises driving new businesses across multiple geographies and sectors.

  • James E. Moore

    James E. Moore

    James E. Moore is an entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the finance and investment industries, including both the public and private capital markets, who is working with Flingo on a consultancy basis. Jim has acted as a founder, investor and manager of numerous companies in diverse industries, and has been involved with companies in virtually all stages of development and growth. Jim’s background and experience include involvement at the senior level in corporate finance, investment banking, and private equity/venture capital investing – including leveraged buyouts. He has also been involved at the senior level in building money management/investment advisory companies from an early stage to multi-billion dollars of assets under management/advisory, and then achieving liquidity with these companies. Jim is currently operating out of Las Vegas and is the Chairman and CEO of Moore Global Advisors LLC, a business consulting firm (www.mooreglobaladvisors.com). He is also Chairman of KQM Entertainment Group LLC, a company involved in various aspects of the entertainment industry including film production and artist management. Its division, KQM Production Music, is a global music production and publishing entity primarily providing music for film and television (www.kqmproductionmusic.com). Jim was Chairman and CEO of Moore Energy LLC, an oil and gas exploration and development company recently sold to Leaf River Resources, LLC. Jim holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and a licensed Nevada Broker-Salesperson. He received his MBA degree from the University of Chicago and a BA degree from Claremont McKenna College. He also attended Franklin University Switzerland; an international university attended by students from throughout the world. For many years, Jim was a member of the Board of Trustees and the Investment Committees of both Claremont McKenna College and Franklin University Switzerland.
